As MUJI continues its initiative to make its products more affordable for its customers, the brand revisits the prices of its most popular stationery items which have been loved by its customers for over 10 years. By further promoting reasonable prices for its stationery items, MUJI aims to better serve the daily lives of its customers especially as they work or study from home.

Starting June 4, 2021, MUJI will reduce the prices of select stationery essentials that are used for school or work. Since 1980, MUJI has been offering high-quality stationery items that are simple and practical to help customers be more organized. By visiting the production sites and factories of raw materials and sharing knowledge with production partners, MUJI is able to reduce its operational costs and offer its products at better prices. For this price review, MUJI focused on stationery items that are essential when studying or working such as pens, notebooks, highlighters, and the like. Nowadays, studying or working can be challenging as people have to adapt and transform their homes to make working or studying more comfortable. By offering affordable stationery items that have simple and fuss-free designs, MUJI aims to help customers feel more focused and productive as they work or study.
